Welcome to the CIARIS Learning and Resources Centre on Social Inclusion. If this is your first visit, please go to our Welcome Desk where we will give you more information about the CIARIS network and help in the site. CIARIS has a history of knowledge development on social inclusion issues, people, information and communication technologies. CIARIS aims to strengthen practicioners' capacity to design, plan, manage and evaluate projects and policies to fight social exclusion and hence promote decent work. To do this, CIAR­IS collects information and knowledge, connects people working in the field of social inclusion and poverty reduction, provides training and technical assistance.­

Join CIARIS global community and:
