In this collection of documents y­ou will find practical advice for improving your strategic intervention in the fight against social exclusion at the local level. The documents set a framework for a strategic approach as a means of combating social exclusion. They present four strategic principles underpinning the combat against social exclusion: integration, partnership, participation and territoriality. This collection will also include three key moments of the project's life cycle: diagnosis, planning, monitoring/evaluation.
