Although there is no unique strategy or methodology for addressing exclusion, practitioners active in the fight against exclusion follow objectives, define priorities, and use means based on implicit or explicit principles. A large number of principles are applied, among which four are presented and discussed in CIARIS: integration, partnership, participation e territoriality. This section presents an Introduction to the Strategic Principles and its relationships with the cycle functions.
