Overview: As in all action-oriented projects, those to combat exclusion consist of different moments during a project’s cycle, i.e diagnosis, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, in which the human, technical and financial resources, the team organization and the role of actors differ.
The distinct project’s moments, called “cycles” instead of “phases” in order to capture the idea of continuity instead of rupture between them, tend to cross over and, in a way, be repeated over the life cycle.

This section offers users practical inputs to undertake diagnosis, planning, monitoring & evaluation.
We recomend you to read the documents under the column Background reading.
